- Is the transaction secure?
Payment is made through the Sendowl platform via Stripe or Paypal – with SSL and encryption – Stripe is PCI compliant - I want to download to multiple devices. How can I do it?
- In the purchase confirmation email, click the link to download it again (maximum of 10 downloads within a 6-month period from the date of purchase).
- I didn’t receive my purchase confirmation email. What happened?
First, it may take 15 minutes to arrive after purchase;
Second, please check your spam folder, as it sometimes ends up there;
