We\u2019ve therefore broadened our definition slightly: we\u2019ve selected properties that stand out for their distinct identity, meticulous attention to design, and a more personal atmosphere, whether they\u2019re located in the city center, by the sea, or in the immediate hinterland. Some are housed in historic buildings, while others focus on a strong concept such as contemporary art or wellness.
